Smoked Pork Boudin 14 oz

We have been making our famous boudin sausage in SWLA for over 20 years. Our blend of pork, rice and secret Cajun seasoning is hand-made and stuffed into natural casings.

Cooking Directions

Stove top Cooking Instructions: Place thawed boudin link in enough simmering water to cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove link from water and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before cutting. Microwave Cooking Instructions: Place boudin link on a plate and cook on highfor 1 to 2 minutes.  Rotate 1/2 turn after half the cooking time.  Allow to cool 2 to 3 minutes before cutting.

Pork, water, rice, onions, pork liver, green onion, bell peppers, salad oil (fully refined soybean oil) salt, spices, seasoning sauce (water, carmel, white vinegar, citric acid, garlic flavoring, salt, onions, molasses, mustard, cumin, cinnamon, celery, spices, less than 1% sodium benzoate.  Made with natural hog casing.
