Cooking Directions

Stove-top cooking instructions: Place sausage in a pot and fill with water until sausage is covered. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.


Grill:  Pre-heat grill to medium heat.  Place sausage directly over heat. Cook on each side 5-6 minutes, turning to prevent burning. 


Pork, water, salt, sugar, garlic, black pepper, sodium nitrite, ground red pepper, crushed red pepper, white pepper, sodium acetate, sodium erythorbate, natural flavors. Made with natural hog casing.
