Cooking Directions

For best results, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. REMOVE CHICKEN FROM BAG Place chicken breast side up in baking pan. IF THAWED: Bake, covered, at 400˚F for 1 hour 20 minutes, and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165-170 ˚F. IF FROZEN: Bake, covered, at 400˚F for 1 hour 50 minutes, and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165-170 ˚F.
