Turducken With Creole Pork Sausage **OUT OF STOCK**

Tur-Duc-Hen stuffed with creole pork sausage. Cooking Directions For best results, thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours. Thawing Instructions: For best results, thaw 48 hours (2 days) in refrigerator.   How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove all packaging. Do not remove the woven threading around the turducken. Add ¾ cup of water to roasting pan. Cover, with legs pointing up. If completely thawed, total cook time takes 3½ hours. If frozen, allow for 5 hours. Remove cover for the last hour for browning. Baste as needed until golden brown. Use meat thermometer to insure your turducken has reached an internal temperature of at least 165˚F. Remove woven threading before serving. Our Turducken will feed about 20 to 30 people. Carving Directions: Slice down center of the breast. Then slice across in one to two inch pieces. Serve hot.
