Tur-Duc-Hen Roll with Creole Pork Sausage
Our Tur-Duc-Hen roll is a pre-seasoned turkey breast wrapped around layers of duck breast meat, chicken thigh meat and Creole pork sausage; a thoroughly Creole mix! This is the perfect addition to any feast or for smaller family celebrations.
Unit size: 4 lbs
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 Deg. F. Remove Turduchen Roll from all packaging (including bag and meat tray) but leave netting on until slicing. Place Turduchen Roll in baking pan, skin side down. Add 1 cup of water and cover with aluminum foil.
If Thawed, bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then uncover and rotate roll until skin side up. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperatures reaches 165 or 170 deg. F.
If Frozen, bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes, then uncover and rotate roll until skin side up. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 to 170 deg F.
Grilling: Spray foil with non-stick spray. Wrap foil around Turduchen Roll and place on heated grill.
If Thawed, grill 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 or 170 deg F. (rotating periodically).
If Frozen, grill for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until temperatures reaches 165 or 170 deg F. (rotating periodically).
